About Me:

Peace and blessings!!

Please allow me to share with you and tell you about the brilliance and radiance of God's restorative work in my life at this season and what He has called me to do in this season. I am a woman of Grace empowered by the anointed One thru a long process of preparation. I serve to create personal empowerment, abundance and joy for others. I am passionate about establishing, equiping and empowering other women to fulfill their purpose and/or discover their voice or universal assignment. I recently launched a consulting and training business which facilitates seminars, workshops, conferences and empowerment coaching services.

I have connected with Professional Women Network and recently co-authored several books:

Learning to Love Yourself ( release 1/28/09)
Wellness for African-American Women ( realese 2/09)
Life Skills for African-american Women ( relase 3/09)

I am a health care advocate dedicated to encourage women to dedicate time to love themselves thru a holistic approach to self-care, self-esteem and sacred pampering time to renew and restore the body, mind and spirit.
