A native Baltimorean, having lived in this region for most of his life. Major is the Owner of The Adrenalin Factor Incorporated a Corporate and Governmental team building company that blends team building with X Game style activities such as rock climbing, whitewater rafting, paintball and much more. Major is at home onstage as a Motivational and Keynote speaker. He brings a no-limitation approach and message so raw and compelling speaking on many topics and personal experiences of his own expeditions. Dubbed as The Black Indiana Jones you walk away from the venue with a feeling of having been on the expedition with him. With a real sense of philanthropy Major is very passionate about the preservation of Jazz Music and many other art forms and participates in the preservation by starting a talent management agency that promote the live performance of Jazz Groups and Poets.
